Meet Our Founder
Elder House was opened in January of 1997 by LaQuita Rainey, RN. With years of experience in both critical care and in nursing homes as a registered nurse, LaQuita discovered there are many people that aren't ready for nursing home placement, but don't have the necessary support to maintain independence within their own homes. Living alone shouldn't be a lonely experience. LaQuita has a big heart and is passionate about caring for people. It was noticed that there is a need for Complete home care in El Dorado, AR. Families can feel confident using the adult day care program to keep their loved ones active and social. Elder House Adult Day Care in El Dorado, AR provides services to seniors and other adults in Union County, providing nutrition, companionship and engaging activities in a safe and comfortable place. Founder
A long-time RN, LaQuita turned her nursing career into opening Elder House Adult Daycare and Complete Home Care in 1997 after seeing a need for care other than what area nursing homes provided.
Holly Kaufmann
Staffing Care Coordinator
Holly started as a Case Manager for Complete Home Care over a year ago and is now the Staffing Care Coordinator. She and staff RN Janet work closely to oversee and schedule caregivers. When not working, Holly tends to a garden and owns 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 chickens.
