Complete Home Care
An extension of Elder House Adult Day Care Center, Complete Home Care was established to help those who need personal assistance outside of our facilities. There are many people who prefer the comforts of their own home over a day care facility or nursing home, but don’t have the support necessary to live independently. For this reason, we send our experienced and kind-hearted staff to our client's homes to assist in any way we can.
Through Complete Home Care, we’re able to give clients the help they need to still enjoy life in the comfort of their own home. Our staff is proactive when it comes to meeting client’s needs.
We also offer transitional care for clients who are released from the hospital and need short-term help. For those who do come to our day care facility, we offer assistance in the morning prior to their arrival. We help clients bathe, get dressed and get ready for the day.

Caregiving Relief
Sometimes you need a break. If your loved ones prefer to be cared for in their home, our caregivers are able to provide temporary home care day or night when you need it most.
Companionship
Socializing is an important part of a well-rounded lifestyle. Our caregivers happily provide supervision, socialization, and companionship to your loved ones.
Personal Care
Our staff is happy to help clients maintain their personal hygiene and overall appearance. We also offer stand-by walking support, assistance with using the bathroom, and eating. We’ll make every effort to get our clients looking and feeling their best.
Nutrition & Meals
Elder House provides tasty, nutritious meals and snacks to our clients throughout the day. Our in-home staff also assists with eating.
Light
Housekeeping
We are here to make the small tasks that make a difference possible. Our services include laundry, light cleaning, meal preparation, assistance with errands, and shopping.
Hospital to Home Transitional Care
A hospital visit or stay can be disruptive to one's routine and a full recovery can take time. Our caregivers are ready to help our clients adjust to the transition between the hospital and home.
Transportation to Doctor
It is important to us that our clients make it to their scheduled medical appointments in a safe form of transportation. We are happy to make these accommodations for you.
Meet Our Team
LaQuita Rainey
A long-time RN, LaQuita turned her nursing career into opening Elder House Adult Daycare and Complete Home Care in 1997 after seeing a need for care other than what area nursing homes provided.
Holly Kaufmann
Holly started as a Case Manager for Complete Home Care over a year ago and is now the Staffing Care Coordinator. She and staff RN Janet work closely to oversee and schedule caregivers. When not working, Holly tends to a garden and owns 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 chickens.
Crystal Murphy
Crystal has been with Complete Home Care since 2009 and serves as the Quality Assurance Coordinator. Her role is to make sure that Complete Home Care's services are the best available to the member and compliant with the Arkansas Department of Health.
Janet Jones
Janet Jones, RN, is the Director of Home Care Services. After joining the team in 2014, Janet continues to strive to be the best care facilitator for those in need by providing services from top quality aides.
